Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar replace with white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 400 gm Fresh asparagus, cut evenly into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes nicely cut into half
  • ¼ cup Strawberries cut into four pieces

Instructions
 

  • Add red wine vinegar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place aside.
  • Take a separate pan, boil a cup of water and cook asparagus for 2 minutes over medium flame. Drain in a colander basket and drain cold water over it to seal the temperature and flavor.
  • Now, add asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and strawberries to a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat it evenly. Serve with Tortillas, or with garlic bread.
