- 1/2 cup flour all-purpose
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 no banana mashed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp essence vanilla
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients such as all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda.
- Then move towards wet ingredients, put them in another bowl. Add curd, banana, butter, essence, and honey. Mix it well. Always take care of lumps.
- At last but not least, mix both ingredients and stir once again. Scoop into the prepared bread mold.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, check it after 15 minutes by inserting a toothpick in the center of the bread. If it is clean then it's ready otherwise, place it in the oven for another 3-5 min.
