Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 no banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp essence vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix dry ingredients such as all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  • Then move towards wet ingredients, put them in another bowl. Add curd, banana, butter, essence, and honey. Mix it well. Always take care of lumps.
  • At last but not least, mix both ingredients and stir once again. Scoop into the prepared bread mold.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, check it after 15 minutes by inserting a toothpick in the center of the bread. If it is clean then it's ready otherwise, place it in the oven for another 3-5 min.
  • Finally, remove it on a wire rack, it is good to eat as hot or you may cool it for 10 min and serve.

Notes

Chef's Note
1.  We may use a pressure cooker instead of OTG or an Oven by using salt at the bottom of the cooker. Place any steel stand or tray on the stones for appropriate height. Place bread mold on the stand and close the lid without the whistle. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes on medium flame.
2. You may try dry fruits such as almonds, walnuts, and raisins to enhance taste and flavor.  It also increases the nutritional contents of the cookies.
