Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup floor all purpose or refined or plain
  • 6 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar powdered
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted
  • 1/2 tsp essence vanilla
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat OTG to 200 degrees C.
  • Mix dry ingredients first in a bowl, such as all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda. Mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Take another deep bowl to mix wet ingredients. First of all, take honey and butter. whisk well till mixture turn creamy and smooth. Then, add vanilla essence and milk to it. Mix well and always take care of lumps.
  • Mix dry ingredients mixture with wet ingredients mixture to form a dough without using water. Finally, add our favorite ingredient, chocolate chips in it and mix well.
  • Divide mixture into eight equal portions to shape each part into the round cookie. 
  • Place the cookies on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180-degree Celsus for 15 minutes.
  • Finally, cool the cookies, now these are ready to serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

 
1. We may use a pressure cooker instead of OTG or an Oven by using salt at the bottom of the cooker.  Place any steel stand or tray on the stones for appropriate height. Place cookies on the stand and close the lid without the whistle. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes on medium flame.
 
2. You can replace powdered sugar with honey. Honey adds flavor to foods and also adds shelf life to baked food.
