Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp soy flour
  • 1 tbsp rye flour
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 no banana mashed
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp honey or molasses as per requirement
  • 1/4 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 bowl Nuts, raisins, roasted oats and blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat OTG to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease bread mold.
  • In a bowl, mix together dry items such as all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, soy flour, rye flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Then move towards wet ingredients, put them in the same bowl. Add curd, banana, butter, and honey/molasses; stir well. At last but not the least, mix half of the nuts & raisins, etc and stir once again. Scoop into the prepared mold.
  • Sprinkle, rest of the nuts & raisins, etc, on it.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, check it after 15 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the center of the bread, it comes out clean then it's ready.
