Tortillas – Delicious Vegan Taco

Tortillas reecipe, a twist on the salad & beans, quick and easy recipe for a delicious salad meal. Enjoy with children.

  • 2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  1. In a large bowl, add flour, and salt. Mix water and oil as per requirement.

  2. Turn onto kneading surface, floured it well, knead 08-10 times, if required add a little flour or water to get a smooth dough.

  3. Let rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll them as chappati into an 8 inches circle.

  5. Cook tortillas over medium heat, 1 minute on each side until light brown.

  6. Ready to serve with veggies, beans, or any nutritious salad.
